Contact form

When you use the contact form we collect your name, work email, and your message. If you arrived from a solution page, we also record which decision that page was about. When you write to sales@odeai.earth we collect whatever you send in that message. We use these details only to answer your request, on the basis of your request itself (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). Form messages are delivered by Web3Forms.

Retention

We keep enquiries for up to three years after our last exchange, then delete them.

Audience measurement

We count visits with Plausible Analytics, hosted in the European Union. It sets no cookies and collects no personal data. No consent banner is needed.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy, by writing to sales@odeai.earth. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
